Not This Sunday

Lovell’s second children’s novel, a sequel to Rachel Mason, is Not This Sunday. In Not This Sunday, fifth grader Kenny Evans struggles to come to terms with his dad’s recent incarceration. Kenny worries about what his friends think while taking on new responsibilities at home. More American children than ever before now have at least one parent incarcerated.
